The cat is out of the box with social media personality Hailey Welch finally revealing the name of her boyfriend. Welch took to her podcast Talk Tuah to introduce her beau as Kelby Blackwell. Hailey Welch and Blackwell have been dating since June 2024.
Blackwell is a plumber by profession and prefers a life away from the limelight. Earlier in October, Welch revealed that she was dating and in a relationship but did not disclose her boyfriend’s name, only referring to him as Pookie.

In an earlier episode of her podcast, Welch stated that she would soon reveal the name of her mystery man. Finally, in the latest episode, she revealed his name and stated:
“I love you, Pookie! Forever!”
In June, Welch appeared on a television show but did not reveal her dating status or make her relationship official at the time. She has now disclosed that the pair have been dating each other since June and have been acquainted for the last three years.
Blackwell appeared in the latest edition of the podcast Talk Tuah and talked about his relationship with Hailey Welch. He further stated that he is a plumber by profession and prefers a life away from the limelight. He leads a small-town lifestyle rather than a high-profile life. He also revealed that he was in a two-year relationship before he began dating Hailey Welch.
Kelby Blackwell also shared his views on the high-profile life his girlfriend leads as the Hawk Tuah girl and added that he is still working on himself. He candidly admitted that he often feels jealous, especially when he sees Welch’s DMs on Instagram and notices people talking to her all the time.
He also stated that they share a very healthy relationship despite the fact that Welch is more famous than him, and this does not interfere with their relationship. They poke fun at each other with embarrassing stories.
